<p>La_1/3_Sr_2/3_FeO_3_薄膜は特徴的な電荷、磁気秩序を示すことが知られている。電荷秩序に対して硬X線散乱、磁気秩序に対して共鳴軟X線散乱を適用してピーク強度の温度変化、相関長を調べた。さらにすれすれ入射を用いて表面での磁気秩序の相関長を得た。その結果、面直方向、面内方向ともにその相関長は膜厚に比例して減少する傾向が見られた。表面近傍における転移温度は薄膜の転移温度と違いは見られなかった。</p>

<p>KEK-PFの新ビームラインBL-2 MUSASHIは、長直線部に真空紫外(VUV: 30—300 eV)と軟X線(SX: 250—2,000 eV)との2台のアンジュレータをタンデム配置することで、30—2,000 eVの広範囲に渡って高エネルギー分解能かつ高フラックスの放射光を供給するVUV-SXビームラインとして、2015年度秋期より全国共同利用を開始している。本講演ではビームラインの性能および研究展開について紹介する。</p>
