Hirofumi MIYAGI

http://eatsa.byd.pl/id,8/founding-committee,Hirofumi Miyagi, PhD, is a Associate Professor of the School of Business Administration at the Osaka University of Commerce (Japan), and also researcher at the Institute of General Industrial Research, Okinawa International University, Japan(from 2013-), and visiting researcher at BKC Research Organization of Social Science, Ritsumeikan University, Japan(from 2016-). He has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of the Ryukyus (Japan), with the thesis “An Inquiry into the Evaluation of Service Quality from Customer Perspective”. And he holds Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business Administration – Ritsumeikan University (Japan) with the thesis “The Development on Destination through Hospitality Industry Formation - the Case of Clusters Process and Offering of Service Concepts in Okinawa Hotel Industry -”. His main research interests are in the field of Marketing in the Tourism related Industries; Quality and Experience of Tourist Destination; Satisfaction Mirror developed for Tourist Destination.
