ジメチルエーテルからの低級オレフィン合成反応には、ZSM-5触媒が高い反応性や高選択性を示す。しかしながら、反応中に生成するコークの堆積により急速に失活する。コーク生成は、酸強度の低下や生成物、反応物の拡散性向上によって抑制できると考えられる。そこで本研究では、Alよりも酸強度が弱いとされる鉄を導入したフェリシリケートを用い、反応物や生成物の拡散性向上のため粒径を減少させることで、酸強度と拡散性がオレフィン合成反応に与える影響について評価した。

ジメチルエーテルからの低級オレフィン合成反応においてH-ZSM-5触媒が高い転化率、オレフィン選択率を示すが、反応及び再生時に生じる構造破壊等により、再生後触媒の活性低下が問題とされている。しかしながら我々は、第60回研究発表会にて、再生を繰り返すと触媒寿命が向上したと報告した。この発表会で再生後触媒の構造についても報告したが、不十分であった。そこで、この現象を解明するため、27Al NMRに重点を置き、再評価したので報告する。

ジメチルエーテルからの低級オレフィン合成反応においてH-ZSM-5触媒が高い転化率、オレフィン選択率を示すが、反応及び再生時に生じる構造破壊等により、再生後触媒の活性が低下する事が問題とされている。しかしながら、我々は反応-再生を複数回繰り返し、触媒寿命について評価したところ、その向上が観察された。そこで、この現象におけるメカニズムを解明するため、反応-再生時における触媒の酸性度、結晶構造を詳細に解析したので報告する。
