Profile

I am tackling the challenges involved in the production of next-generation energy, functional biopolymer, and chemical product materials from woody biomass, as well as in elucidation of the molecular mechanisms of cancer and viral diseases so as to construct the molecular fundamentals to develop new drugs. My research combines the methods used in the fields of NMR spectroscopy, genetic engineering, protein, and nucleic acid sciences, cell biology, and physical chemistry. My researches are dedicated to contributing to the achievement of SDG. Since NMR structural determination is like one of my hobbies, I enjoy it so much.
