ユーザニーズに応じたサービスを柔軟かつ効率的に提供するために，ソフトウェア工学の手法と対話エージェント技術を融合した研究を行っています．具体的には，バーチャルエージェントや大規模言語モデル（LLM）を用いて，ユーザのニーズやコンテキストを継続的に把握・分析し，それに基づいてパーソナライズされたサービスを動的に構成・改善する仕組みを開発しています．さらに，ソフトウェア開発における知識や成果物の再利用にも注目し，サービス事例や実行文脈の共有・活用を支援する基盤技術を提案しています．
