NMR spectrum and nuclear spin relaxation time of Cs-133 in CsMnI3 were measured to study the spin dynamics in a triangular lattice Heisenberg antiferromagnet. Characteristic motions such as a rotation around the c-axis and a swinging motion of the 120-degrees spin structure were revealed.
