Graduated from Jiyugakuen and Sophia Univ Graduate School. As a 1st-year graduate student, I found butterflies receive light by their genitals and received a DSc degree. After being a biology professor at Yokohama City Univ, I moved to Sokenda-Hayamai in 2006. Awarded the Medal with Purple Ribbon in 2022. Visiting fellow at Australian National Univ, Research fellow at NIH, Researcher of JST-PRESTO.
