平成30年11月5日〜11日に，１１月５日〜６日に米国オレゴン州ポートランドで開催される米国物理学会プラズマ物理分科会に参加し，重イオン慣性核融合と高エネルギー密度物質に関する最新の研究発表を行う。校費負担。また１１月７日〜１１日までBrookhaven National Laboratoryを訪問し重イオン慣性核融合と高エネルギー密度物質に関する共同研究打ち合わせ(30核研研第4021号)を行う。NIFS負担。
