近年、経鼻的内視鏡手術の適応は傍鞍部腫瘍に限らず拡大傾向にあり、さらなる発展が期待される術式である。一方、経鼻的内視鏡手術はきわめて特殊性の高い術式であり、その習得には修練を要する。現在のところ、cadaver dissectionやハンズオンセミナーでのトレーニングが一般的であるが、われわれは鶏卵と新たなモデルを使用したトレーニングシステムを開発した。本稿では、このトレーニングシステムについて紹介、解説する。(著者抄録)
