　ご覧いただきありがとうございます。鹿児島国際大学経済学部講師の根本萌希と申します。専門は管理会計とコミュニケーションマネジメントで，特にバランスト・スコアカードに関する研究実績があります。最近では，医療機関における離職率の低下，医療の質および患者安全性の向上について，コミュニケーションの観点から研究しています。
　医療期間機関を中心に研究していますが，営利・非営利を問わず，現場のマネジメントに強い関心があります。学際的な領域を扱うため，異なる専門分野の研究者との共同研究を歓迎しています。また，産学官連携にも意欲があり，講演や調査などのご相談をお待ちしております。

    Thank you for your interest. I'm Moeki Nemoto, a lecturer (tenured faculty position) at the Faculty of Economics, International University of Kagoshima. My areas of expertise are management accounting and communication management, with a particular focus on balanced scorecard operation. Recently, my research has explored how communication can reduce staff turnover, improve quality of care, and enhance patient safety in healthcare institutions.

    While healthcare is my primary research setting, I'm deeply interested in frontline management practices across both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Given my interdisciplinary field, I welcome collaborative opportunities with scholars from diverse backgrounds. I'm also eager to pursue industry-academia partnerships and am available for speaking engagements, consultations, or surveys.
