柔軟構造物を位置決め制御する際,加減速の時間幅,または加速と減速を開始する時間差を制御対象の固有周期の整数倍と等しくすることにより残留振動の低減が可能であり,両者の条件を同時に満たすことによって,ロバスト性を向上させることができる.この制御法を先端に質量をもつ片持はりに適用し,高速移動する際のはり先端の残留振動への高次振動モードの影響を数値シミュレーションによって調べ,その有用性を明らかにした.
