We have studied the anisotropy of thin film using inelastic neutron scattering. And we found that the dynamic scattering law of 100nnm and 20nm was not altered for both geometries. We also studied the temperature and Q dependence of elastic scattering intensity. But the anisotropy of mobility was not observed within experimental error. We assumed that this was due to the correlation of mobility between parallel and perpendicular to the surface.
