Copper microchannels were fabricated by the spacer method, which has been found to be suitable for the fabrication of metallic microchannels. Three types of copper microchannels were fabricated. using different copper powder sizes, and the effect of metal powder size on the surface roughness of the microchannel wall was investigated.
