Anomalous behavior of the isotope effect coefficient alpha of Sr2RuO4 under impurity scattering is discussed on the basis of the cl-p model. By taking into account the anharmonic zero-point motion of oxygen atoms, we obtain a new relation for impurity dependence on a, reproducing the behavior that alpha is negative ill pure sample, but it becomes positive with small amount of impurities for a reasonable set of parameters.
