It is shown that the two-level Kondo model with real spin degrees of freedom has a fixed point of the Ising sd-model on the basis of the two-loop renormalization group method in contrast to the case of spinless model. The phase diagram of fixed point Hamiltonian is shown to be also qualitatively different from that expected from the spinless two-level Kondo model.
