This paper presents the post-disaster human behavior focusing on the transition of the victim's residence after the Hanshin-Awaji earthquake disaster. Interviews were conducted to the disaster victims in Nishinomiya-city as an example for collecting the data sets. The data is analyzed utilizing multi-dimensional quantification theory II to identify key factors for explaining the transition of their residence throughout one year after the earthquake. As the result, three different tune phase for the victim's behavior are identified. In addition, it indicates that the victim's behavior is depended on their life stage.
