There are not a few cases in which activities of the women's groups in rural areas have widely contributed to revitalization of the local communities concerned. In this research, we chose 3 female groups working on the agricultural products processing, direct selling and welfare activities in Hyogo prefecture. Applying the DEMATEL method, we clearly showed what kinds of ripple effects the female group activities have brought about on the members, their family and local community and the relationship between the characteristics of each female group and the diffusing mechanism of the effects.
