Apr, 2014 - Apr, 2014プラスチックフィルムの切断に関する研究 PET+糊+PET 2層積層材のくさび押し抜き特性について, 実験的な解析を行って変形現象の特徴を明らかにするものである.

Apr, 2007 - Apr, 2007異種積層材料の精密成形・切断法の開発と展開 板紙の加工を通して,1 段刃と2 段刃とで,適正な切断形状になるための軸励起とたわみ励起の振幅の組み合わせパターンは同じではないことがわかった.刃の欠損対策を考えると,2 段刃のほうが良好である.切断面の毛羽立ちを抑制するためには,過剰な励起振幅にしないで適正な数値にすることが必要であるとわかった.樹脂(PC 材)を被加工材とした半切れの適正条件を2 段刃を使って調査した.その結果,軸励起は過剰に下層に食い込む傾向があるが,たわみ励起と組み合わせると,下層への過剰な食い込みを抑制してなおかつ,未切断部(残留層) の切り離しを効果的(早期)に行うことが可能であるとわかった.以上のことから,軸励起とたわみ励起の振幅比が切断面に及ぼす影響の傾向がかなり具体的にわかってきた.

Sep, 2004 - Sep, 2004変形解析に基づく薄板材の精密押抜加工法の開発 板紙や薄膜樹脂,金属箔などの積層板材の精密型抜加工に関して,工具加工性能,耐久性,材料変形流れなどに対して総合的に取り組んで,複雑な加工現象の因子特性を実験ならびに数値計算から解析した.
