Profile

I am interested in humanities including the digital humanities: among them, I have been enthusiastically studying literature, history and arts. My major concern is James Joyce, his contemporary modernist writers and Irish literature.

I am a passionate seeker after truth. I have two fundamental questions.

1. How can literature studies be useful in the twentieth-first century?
2. How significant is to research English literature in Japan now?
