Some anti-self-dual bundles on G(2)(Cn+2) are classified by using a monad method on the twister space. In the 1-instanton case, this monad enables us to describe the moduli space completely. It is shown that the moduli space is identified with an open cone over P(Lambda(2)C(n+2)). This is a generalization of the 1-instanton moduli space on P-2* = G(2)(C-3).
