The upper and lower complex interpolation of Bu W(Lp)-spaces and Bu W(Mp q)-spaces are considered. When u0, u1 and u are finite, we prove that [Bu0 w0(Lp0), Bu1 w1(Lp1)]θ = [Bu0 w0(Lp0), Bu1 W1(Lp1)]θ = Bu W(Lp). Otherwise, the space [Bu0 w0(Lp0), Bu1 w1(Lp1)]θ is a closed subspace of Bu W(Lp). We also establish interpolation results of certain closed subspaces of Bu W(Lp)-spaces and Bu W(Mp q)-spaces, which are the closure of linear subspaces satisfying the lattice condition.
