本研究は,中学校家庭科における幼児とのふれ合い体験の教育的効果を高めるための実践的な知見を得るための手立てを検討することを目的とし,7名の家庭科教諭と1名の大学教員による約1年間のアクションリサーチによって,この手立ての開発と教育的効果の検討をおこなった。まず,カリキュラム作成において,幼児とのふれ合い体験を前半に実施する場合と後半に実施する場合の指導計画および保育施設側との連携の留意点を集約した。次に,事前・事後指導におけるガイドラインの作成とワークシートなどの具体的な教具の開発をおこなった。また,他教科との連携として,総合的な学習の時間に実施している職業体験からつなげる実践や,家庭科学習のなかで,家族学習へ展開する実践も検討した。これらの手立ての教育的効果については,幼児との関わり方において,幼児の自主性を尊重する視点や教育的な配慮をする視点などが加わるという生徒たちの変容から,その教育的効果が確認された。This research is aimed to develop practical methods for enhancing the effectiveness of the experience in early childhood education and care(ECEC)in middle high school Home Economics. In this research, some specific methods were developed and the effectiveness was examined through Action Research for about 1 year. First, we designed some distinctive curriculums, one of which is for the first half and another for the latter half. Guidelines were mapped out for the pre-programs and the post-programs of ECEC, respectively. In addition, we developed some materials including the work sheets. Trial programs following Career Experience in Period for Integrated Study were developed, and so were other trial programs followed by Family Education in Home Economics Study. It revealed that through those programs middle high school students made good progress in their social skill including skill in caring for children and teaching them.
