プロフィール

植物由来の有用成分の探索/植物には有用な化合物が多く含まれている。それらの有用成分の単離・精製および構造解析を行い、社会的に有用な物質の探索と応用を行う。/ヘテロ元素化合物の開発/セレン元素をはじめとしたヘテロ元素は、とても興味深い反応性と生理機能を有する化合物が得られている。これらの応用を詳細に検討している。/生理活性を有する酸性糖類の調製

近年、興味深い反応性や生物活性からセレン元素を含んだ化合物群の応用開発が盛んになされている。本研究では、系統的含セレンβ-ラクタム系化合物の効率的な調製のためにセレノカリウム塩に2-bromoethyl-trimethylsilaneを反応させ、新規セレン導入試薬を開発した。アルケンおよびアルキンにグラブス第2世代試薬を反応させることにより効率的に新規の含セレンβ-ラクタムを調製した。また、アルキンおよびアレンセレノ尿素から位置選択的ヨード環化反応によって調製した。今回調製した7員環、8員...
