<p>二次電子顕微鏡を用いたSIMSイメージング装置を開発した。6 MeVのCu^4+^イオンをアミノ酸をパターン蒸着した薄膜試料に支持膜側から照射して、入射面から放出される二次電子の放出位置を投影型の二次電子顕微鏡で取得すると同時に、出射面から前方に放出される二次イオンを質量分析することで、表面(出射面)のアミノ酸のイメージングを行った。講演では主に装置の性能評価、現状の問題点について述べる。</p>

<p>1MeV程度のC60イオンをシリコン窒化膜やシリコン酸化膜に照射したときの、照射点近傍の温度上昇を、ナノ粒子の脱離現象を利用して測定した。今回は、試料の入射面と出射面で温度分布が異なることを見出したので、その原因を考察した結果を報告する。</p>

金属ナノ粒子を蒸着した非晶質シリコン窒化膜に高速イオンを照射したところ、照射点付近において金属ナノ粒子が脱離していることが観察された。金属ナノ粒子が脱離した領域を測定することで照射点付近の温度を知ることが可能であり、この手法は高速イオンの照射による照射点付近の局所的な温度を測る有効な手段となり得るものである。本発表ではシミュレーションの結果と比較することで、本手法の妥当性を議論する。

自立したシリコン窒化膜にアミノ酸またはペプチドなどの生体分子を堆積した試料を作製し、5 MeVのC60+イオンをシリコン窒化膜側から照射し、前方に放出された正の二次イオンの質量分析を行った。通常のSIMS分析で行われるように生体分子側から照射して後方に放出する二次イオンを分析した場合と比較すると、分解片イオンの放出が抑制され、無傷の分子イオン/分解片イオンの収率比が向上することがわかった。

高分解能ラザフォード後方散乱分光法(高分解能RBS)を用いて、イオン液体表面の組成分析を行った。[EMIM][TFSI]と [HMIM][TFSI]をモル比1:1で混ぜた試料、[HMIM][TFSI]と [HMIM][PF6] をモル比1:1で混ぜた試料の分析を行い、それぞれ純粋なイオン液体の分析結果と比較した。

高分解能RBS法を用いて、イオン液体[CnMIM][TFSI] (n=2,4,6)の表面の深さプロファイルを測定した。カチオンのアルキル鎖が短いとき(n=2)はアニオンのフッ素が最表面に偏在する傾向が見られたが、アルキル鎖が長くなるともにその傾向が弱まり、代わって炭素が表面に偏在する傾向が強くなった。このことはアニオンのアルキル鎖が真空側を向いて配向していることを示している。
