We prove the existence of a global "small" weak solution to the flow of the H-system with initial boundary conditions. We also analyze its time asymptotic behavior. Finally we give a stability result for weak solutions to the heat flow of higher dimensional H-systems. (C) 2011 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
