Profile

Kunihiro Koike graduated mechanical engineering at Faculty of Engineering, Yamagatra University in Yonezawa. He then entered the Graduate School of Engineering, Yamagata University to study the magnetic properties of nano-crystalline soft magnetic thin films. After earing his M. Eng. degree in 1992, he worked at Faculty of Engineering, Yamagata University as a Research Associate for the investigation of magnetic properties of granular type thin-film media and transport properties of 3d transition-based magnetic phase transition materials, organic/metal hybrid thin films. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Yamagata University in 2005. In 2007, he became an Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Yamagata University and studied of the magnetic properties and interface state between RE overlayer and Nd-Fe-B thin films.
