Apr, 2010 - Apr, 2010本研究は、UMS技術によるガラス材料評価法の開発を目的とする。試料として、石英系ガラス、その基礎となる石英(SiO2)ガラス、および結晶化ガラスを取り上げ、UMS技術により音響特性を計測する。さらに、UMS技術による評価結果と従来法による評価結果を比較することにより、ガラス材料評価法としての有用性を示す。

Jul, 2009 - Jul, 2009本研究では、UMS技術によりEUVL用TiO2-SiO2超低膨張ガラスにおいてCTEがゼロとなる温度(ゼロCTE温度)を求めるために、CTE、化学組成比(TiO2濃度、OH濃度)と熱履歴(仮想温度)、そしてUMS技術により計測される音響特性(音速)との間の正確な関係を求める。
