In this paper we give a best possible condition for global attractivity of a logistic equation with piecewise constant argument
y'(t) = t(t)y(t) {1 - y([t])/K}, t greater than or equal to 0,
where [.] denotes: the greatest integer function, r : [0, infinity) --> [0, infinity) is a continuous function and K is a positive constant.
