一般にダイズは、自殖率が極めて高い作物であるが、開花期前に低温に遭遇すると、花粉の形成不良による不稔が原因となり他殖率が増大する可能性が指摘されている。そこで本研究では、開花期前の低温処理が自然交雑率(他殖率)に及ぼす影響を調査した。ダイズ品種「青丸くん」の種子の子葉色は緑色であるが、子葉色が黄色の品種と交雑すると、交雑種子(F1)の子葉色は黄色になるので、これを交雑判定に利用した。開花期約1週間前の「青丸くん」を人工気象室に入れ、8〜15℃で7日間低温処理を施した。処理個体および対照個体...
