<p>半導体、トポロジカル物質等を流れる電流密度のイメージングが興味を持たれている。そこで私達は、高密度のNVセンターを含むダイヤモンドチップを用いて、広視野磁気イメージングを行った。マイクロ波周波数変調によって磁場感度が向上することを確かめた。金ワイヤを流れる電流がつくる磁場のイメージングを行った。磁場感度を向上させるためのレーザ強度、マイクロ波強度等の最適条件を調べた。</p>

<p>光パルスのベクトル電場波形の位相スペクトルを制御することにより、THz周波数帯域で任意の偏向制御が可能な4f系ベクトル波形整形器が最近開発された。このベクトル電場波形整形パルスをAlGaAs/GaAsの二次元電子系ホールバー試料に照射する。その際に生じる光起電力を測定し、二次元電子系内の電子の輸送効果について報告する。</p>

<p>ダイヤモンドNV中心からの発光のマイクロ波スピン共鳴から磁場を高感度に検出する手法がトポロジカル物質の解明のための手法の一つとして最近注目を集めている。ダイヤモンドNV中心に印加するマイクロ波の周波数を変調することによる発光強度の変化を検出する手法により磁場検出感度の向上が期待される。本講演では、このマイクロ波周波数変調を高速sCMOSカメラを用いた広視野磁場イメージングに適用した試みについて議論する。</p>

<p>スピン3重項カイラルp波超伝導体の候補であるSr_2_RuO_4における、マイクロサイズのdc-SQUIDを用いた磁束量子渦検出実験。収束イオンビームを用いて加工したメゾスコピックサイズのSr_2_RuO_4微小片を、Alトンネル接合型SQUID上に直接積載した。超伝導状態の微小片c軸方向に磁場を印加し、誘起される磁束渦による磁化の変化をSQUIDで検出する。SQUID周期応答の位相変化から、Sr_2_RuO_4超伝導性を反映した特異な磁束渦や渦糸格子状態について議論する。</p>
