Asia Communications and Photonics Conference (ACP) © OSA 2019 Hybrid sensors combining a quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) and surface plasmon resonance (SPR) were developed. The simultaneous measurement of the QCM and SPR signals allowed evaluating the swelling of polymer film and liquid properties.
