我々は,空間的位相シフト干渉法による機械的駆動部を持たない,直径5mm程度の超小型フーリエ分光イメージング技術を提案している.本報告では,日本酒などのアルコール濃度とグルコース濃度の近赤外分光計測による定量化技術について述べる.各成分固有の吸収波長(アルコール:1200nm,グルコース:1600nm,水分:1400nm)に於ける吸光度からアルコール度数の定量化を行った.本手法によれば,酒造蔵現場での発酵度などの品質管理が可能となる.
