<p>屈筋腱皮下断裂は比較的まれであるが外傷から長期間経過後の報告は少ない．今回，われわれは外傷後20年以上経過し発症した小指深指屈筋腱皮下断裂の1例を経験した．症例は89歳女性で60歳代に転倒歴がある．車のドアを開けた際に左小指屈曲障害が生じた．手術は小指深指屈筋腱を環指深指屈筋腱に端側縫合した．本症例は橈骨遠位端骨折変形治癒で生じた尺骨頭の亜脱臼による掌側偏位が屈筋腱断裂の原因であったと考察した．</p>
