本研究の目的は,総合型地域スポーツクラブ育成事業をめぐる地域の動的な変容過程に着目し,そこに関与することとなった行政-住民間に生じる「揺らぎ」の諸相を把捉・理解し,今後の地域スポーツ行政の方向性を検討することであった。### 各種調査の結果,総合型地域スポーツクラブ育成事業に関与する地域においては,住民主導の萌芽が確認されたものの,そこでは,新しい行政,住民双方の役割意識の構築に向けた試行錯誤(揺らぎ)が生じていた。今後,全国的に総合型地域スポーツクラブ育成が普及展開されるなかで,地域スポーツを取りまくプロモーションは,新たな局面を迎えることになると予想される。###This research aims to examine the future course in a local sports administrative guidance in the process of dynamic change concerning the promotion of comprehensive community sports clubs.###The results are as follows:###(1) "Conflict (trial and error) of roles between a new administration and its local residents has been caused with indication of resident leadership.###(2) We estimate that the promotion of community sports clubs will reach a new and critical situation in the near future.
