高CO2条件下では光合成産物が葉内に蓄積し光合成速度の低下が生じる現象が示唆されており、光合成産物蓄積量の簡便迅速な評価が課題である。本論文では、冷温帯主要落葉樹三種を対象に高CO2下の可溶性糖類とデンプンの濃度分析について、その特性が明瞭になる波長1000nm以上の近赤外分光解析の適用を試みた。CO2暴露栽培をおこなった試料を約5nmの分解能を持つ近赤外ハイパースペクトルカメラで撮影し、化学分析による定量と比較した。その結果、凍結乾燥によって水分を取り除くことで、重さあたりの可溶性糖類濃...

【目的】葉の通水性は樹木全体の水輸送のボトルネックであり、気孔コンダクタンスに関係する重要な生理生態学的特性の一つだが、その環境応答には不明な点が多い。本研究では、高CO2濃度環境と乾燥ストレスが葉の通水特性に与える影響を調べた。【方法】自然光型環境調節室で、シラカンバの2年生ポット苗を高CO2濃度720ppmと通常CO2濃度370ppm条件下で育成した。潅水を一日おき(湿潤)または週に一度(乾燥)行い、育成CO2濃度での気孔コンダクタンス(gs)と葉の通水コンダクタンス(Kl)を測定した...
