ハイドロキシアパタイト(HAp)は、生体適合性に優れ、タンパク吸着特性を持っていることから、ドラッグデリバリーシステム(DDS)用キャリアへ応用する研究が進められている。しかし、HApは、タンパク吸着後、長期間安定に保持できない、徐放制御できない等の問題点が挙げられる。そこで、本研究では、HApと生体軟組織に多量に存在する酸性ムコ多糖であるヒアルロン酸(HyA)を複合化させ、スプレードライ法により、球状多孔質微粒子の作製・評価を行った。
