本報では,MEMSデバイス作製,極細線厚肉印刷,食材容器・医療器具の表面機能部材等で利用される,不均一な濡れ性と凹凸形状を持つ固体表面上の微小液体挙動の解明・予測を目的として,フェーズフィールドモデルの修正保存形Allen−Cahn型拡散界面移流方程式(保存型レベルセット式)と格子ボルツマン法(LBM)を用いる数値流体力学シミュレーション法を凹凸構造表面上の液滴挙動の解析に適用し,液滴挙動に対する表面構造のピン止め効果が再現され得ること,及び表面構造が接触角ヒステリシスに関係する可能性を示した.
