『源氏物語』には、漢籍の教養を持つ后として弘徽殿大后と藤壺中宮がいる。当時の女子教育では、表向き漢籍教養は不要とされる。しかしながら、后の教養としては必須のものとして描かれる。本論では、藤壺中宮に用いられる「后言葉」に注目し、弘徽殿大后と藤壺中宮との違いを明らかにし、とくに藤壺中宮の造型を捉え直した。In Genji- Monogatari , empresses Kokiden-no-Okisaki andEmpress Fujitsubo have sound knowledge about the Chineseclassics. Although the culture of the Chinese classics was notnecessary in the education for general women in those days, itwas thought to be indispensable for empress. In this paper, Ipay attention to Kisaki-Kotoba used by Empress Fujitsubo,and clarify the difference between Kokiden-no-Okisaki andEmpress Fujitsubo.
