鉄鋼材料の品質を制御するためには,いくつもの製造条件を設定する必要があり,その決定は非常に困難である.しかし,IT技術の発展により大量の製造実績データが蓄積されるようになり,そのデータから完成品の品質を予測し,製造条件のパラメータを決定することで高品質の製品を製造することが可能となる.本研究では,製造実績データに統計的手法や強化学習手法を適用し,鉄鋼材料の品質を予測する品質予測モデルを構築する.
