Immune system. Including that of the natural killer (NK) cells, is strongly influenced by physical exercise, but the clinical significance of the NK cell changes after exercise in patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) is yet unclear. This study was aimed to evaluate the relationship of NK cell cytotoxic activity and NK cell number on exercise in patients with IHD.
