This report examines the results of introducing questionnaire for improving the method of teaching instead ofevaluating (2000-2009) at Toyota National College of Technology in 2010. It has been pointed out that much reliancecannot be placed on the results of the questionnaire of evaluating the method of teaching. Therefore, our aim is to makethe results of the questionnaire reliable by changing the style and items. The main changes are as follows: 1) an item isadded regarding teachers' actions in order to encourage feedback to students, 2) it is easy to make teaching plans forimprovement, 3) countermeasures are open to the students, 4) the students don't have to write as many items as before,and 5) reduction in expenditure of the questionnaire papers. Moreover, the evaluation results concerning the teachers'action are shown.
