Genetics/Genomics focusing on mutagenesis in mammals and other higher eukaryotes including human. We also develop research infrastuctures e.g., highthrough-put new-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies, bioinformatics pipelines for big-data analyses and database construction. Main research subjects are 1) mutations and evolution, 2) mutations and diseases, 3) assessment for low-dose mutagens, and 3) biology of mind. Have also been participating many public lectures, science cafe events, delivery classes, etc.
