マイクロ波を使った基材包囲型高密度プラズマ生成とノズルから基材への原料ガスの吹付により,スポット状に1000&mu;m/hを超える速度でのDLC成膜が可能となる.講演では、DSMC計算より得られるガス吹付のフラックスと実験で得られる成膜レートの間に直線的な正の相関があることを示し,複数のノズルにより所望の膜厚分布を得るための指針を示す.
