Profile

My research interests include cognitive studies on healthy subjects as we as individuals with various psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorders, and Autism spectrum, using psychophysiological techniques such as EEG, Heat rate fluctuation analysis, and near-infrared spectroscopy. My most recent research has been focused on unconscious cognitive processes in Autism spectrum using the paradigm of subliminal priming.
As a psychiatrist trained in the Lacanian psychoanalysis school, my clinical activities mainly focused on psychotherapy on university students. I also conducting researches and investigations in the field of Neuropsychoanalysis, an inter-disciplinary research forum for building a bridge between psychoanalysis and neuroscience.
