実用に耐える嗅覚IoTセンサの実現に向けては、多くの技術的課題が存在する。なかでも、標的分子(群)を高感度かつ選択的に測定する上で、センサ表面に塗布する感応膜の選択・設計が大変重要である。本講演では、我々が開発したセンサ素子MSSを中心に、その感応膜材料および評価手法の研究開発状況について概説する。また、未来型感応膜として、昆虫触角に似たナノ構造を有する感応膜材料などの開発についても紹介する。

リン脂質のみを用いて、多孔性固体粒子を調製する方法を確立した。本手法においてはリン脂質を混合溶媒に溶解し、相分離現象を利用して析出物を球形に生成したのち、凍結乾燥によって多孔性構造を与える。本粒子は二分子膜構造を持ち、親水性・疎水性両方の薬物を搭載できる。リポソームと相補的役割を担う新規薬物担体としての利用が期待される。
