張 望

早稲田大学国際学術院国際教養学部教授。専門は、日中関係論、国際関係論。2002年香港中文大学日本研究学科卒業。2004年同大学政治與行政學系修士課程（M.Phil.）修了。2009年早稲田大学にて博士号（学術）取得。早稲田大学現代中国研究所所員（2012年〜現在）、米スタンフォード大学客員研究員 (2025) 。主な著書に、Political Survival and Yasukuni in Japan’s relations with China (London: Routledge, 2017, Paperback, 2018)　(単著）など。英文研究論文/国際情勢分析は国際学術誌 The Pacific Review（英）、 Pacific Affairs（カナダ）、East Asia Forum（豪）、Journal of Contemporary China（米）、Journal of Contemporary East Asia Studies（日） などに多数掲載されている。 研究分野： 日中関係論、日本の外交防衛政策、国内政治と外交政策のリンケージ、日中関係における誤認識と和解構築、戦略文化論、東アジアの国際関係と安全保障。

Mong CHEUNG is Professor of School of International Liberal Studies (SILS) at Waseda University, Japan. He received his PhD degree in international relations from Waseda University and M.Phil degree in political science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). He is currently a visiting scholar at Stanford University (2025). His research interests include contemporary Sino-Japanese relations, Japan’s foreign and security policy, foreign-domestic linkage in Chinese and Japanese foreign policy, misperception and reconcilitation in China-Japan relations, and comparative strategic culture. He is the author of Political Survival and Yasukuni in Japan`s Relations with China (London: Routledge, 2017, Paperback, 2018) . He has published widely in peer-reviewed international journals such as The Pacific Review, Pacific Affairs, East Asia Forum, Journal of Contemporary China. He serves as a peer reviewer for several international academic journals such as International Relations of the Asia-Pacific, Journal of Contemporary China, Foreign Policy Analysis, Journal of Contemporary East Asian Studies. He is also a columnist for the "Japan Outlook" section of Hong Kong's Ming Pao newspaper.
