当初,循環系,発汗,音声,動作分析をすべて測定する予定であったが,実際の手術時にすべて行うのは,術者の診療行為への影響が極小とも言えず,安全のため,パイロットスタディとしては,分けて測定をせざるを得なかった.また,循環系(脈拍)は,手術を通じて明らかな変化が無く,ストレスや疲労を見るパラメータとしては有用でないことがわかった.発汗も手術時間全体にわたって測定することが技術的に困難であったので,改良型測定装置を発注して測定システムの安定化を図ったが,発汗量変化が手術進行の上でのストレス場面や...
