Dec, 2014 - Dec, 2014薬物の反応性代謝物に起因する潜在的副作用を回避すべく、『毒性発現メカニズムまで言及できるハイスループット・ハイブリッドなリスク評価システム』の創製を目的にする。

Jun, 2010 - Jun, 2010病態あるいは薬物の治療効果・副作用など、刻々と変化する生理現象を把握するには、静的なゲノム解析よりむしろ、動的なタンパク質組成の変動解析が重要である。しかしながら、数百万種に及ぶタンパク質を対象とするプロテオーム解析では、標品が必要な『絶対定量』は事実上不可能であり、タンパク質の増減のみを見る『相対定量』のみが行われている。それ故、コントロール実験との比較でバイオマーカー候補のタンパク質を見出しても、その絶対量が不明であり、定量的議論が困難である。そこで申請者らは、次世代型プロテオーム解析基盤の開発を究極の目標として、生体試料中の未知タンパク質の同定のみならず絶対定量をも可能とする分析基盤の構築を目的とする。
