Tumor cell invasion and metastasis: Tumor invasion and meatstasis is induced by a certain of motility factor (for example, Autocine motility factor: AMF). AMF induced motility is closely related to EMT. Tumor line cells are used for this kind of study, however, the final goal for this study is to depict the promotion of wound healing in normal tissue.
