大規模災害が発生すると,ビジネスビル,商業施設などから大量な人があふれ出し,避難・誘導など通常の訓練では補えない状況が予想される.数万〜数十万人が特定のエリアに集まるような大都市では,その課題は重要といえる.しかし,防災訓練をするにしても,この規模では実施不可能であり複雑な要因が予想されるため,その対策は非常に難しいものとなる.そこで大規模なマルチエージェント・シミュレーションを用い,あらゆる状況を想定し,施策に結び付けることによって,災害に強い街づくりを実現しようとする試みがされている....
